my school has always been kick ass at running (track or Cross Country) when I was in hs, in 2003, our girls Cross Country team was first in the nation. I guess the altitude helps. (We are at 7,300 feet) =) from an lahs alum

Lets think about this a little.
1. He ran all THREE races and won them ALL
2. He was running at 5000 feet elevation. How high is the California state meet?
3. When adjusted for elevation, his mile time was the fastest in the nation, INCLUDING college times.
So quit hating just because you could never run like him.

Low 4:05's. Easy race for Mac Fleet.
800:
A 1:52, if not lower. And the fastest guy didn't even do this race.
3200m.
Chris Schwartz ran a 8:51 or 2, and there were 5-8 sub 9 Minute 2 Milers in this race. That time wouldn't even qualify.
