It's reserved for capital murder. In some jurisdictions, 1st degree murder isn't even enough to qualify. It has to be 1st degree with aggravating cicumstances (i.e. kidnapping or torture).

It's reserved for capital murder. In some jurisdictions, 1st degree murder isn't even enough to qualify. It has to be 1st degree with aggravating cicumstances (i.e. kidnapping or torture).

Before any says anything about the State of Oklahoma putting this animal to death, please understand that this isn't the 1st Woman that she killed, she had killed before and spent 11 years in prison.
