Thank heaven that Joan Jett came to Panama while I was stationed at Fort Clayton. All the Rakkasans were really happy to see Joan and the Blackhearts at the Ft. Clayton rec center. They all were awesome, down to earth, chatted with all of us and signed anything we asked. They played in the Roberto Duran Arena, and rocked it. The only concert worth seeing down there.
