  • Hi rod I'm David Rico I'm Rickys son in law an I wood love to meat u an to c if u can show me some things if it wood be ok with u

  • @baguagal david,it would be a pleasure to show you anything you need.you have rick right there though,he taught me everything i learned.why not go straight to the source.

  • @immoonligh7 - nu nu nuh! the coconut can float in the air without a cloth. the cloth is not there to hold the cocunt, it's there to HIDE THE MYSTERIES!!!

  • i break coconat withd my knee and forhad

  • even though you kept turning ti to line up the crack with your palm perfectly so it would more easily break alll the way, each time, making the crack bigger....its still fake, you didn't do that, you just want us to think you did that. i know it. trust me. i know it. you edited this with 1337 software or something.

  • @maldek5 Actually you know nothing because you cannot break at all and you obviously have a very small troll penis. Thank you.

  • @maldek5 ok dude. you never got your stuff, because i sent it to the wrong address, then you told me to forget it. you didnt buy anything from me,you traded a video that never worked. anytime you want to try me just let me know.

  • ROFL at 3:24.... but still, this is like, omg, omg , so faek. why would you put teh cocainut into a black bag you are so hiding something what is your secret you man

  • @maldek5 the coconut is kept in a cloth so that he has something to tether to the tree with the string. that's why he pulled the corners up and tied the string around them. you idiot.

  • omg that is so fake

  • He might be able to break a brick but what you really have to watch out for with this guy is that he is a liar and does not conduct an honest business. Do not trust his iron palm products. He never sent me my items. All he did was make promises that were never fulfilled.

I doubt the the quality of products now more than ever.

There are a lot of other trust worthy teachers out there. Brain Gray for instance has never failed me nor took me out of my money like this guy.

    Be forewarned.

  • @gio144 Who are you? What did you order?

  • good stuff i need to try this

  • @Brandontrann If he's practicing iron palm, he is probably using a dit da jow, some jows are strongly colored.

  • This is actually a really good, really difficult break. Coconuts are a lot more impressive than bricks or concrete. Some of them are nearly impossible to break. There are some tricks to get them softer without having them appear any different though, but I'll trust you haven't done that.

  • @tekproxy thank you for the comment. yes bricks are very consistant, but coconuts are the ultimate breaking medium as you never know what you will get. i know the trick of "baking" the coocnuts, but you can tell as the shell will be real light in color and the will come apart in peices and crumble. if you notice mine just bust and sometimes not all the way and i have to finish them off.

  • @Brandontrann i noticed on your channel you have videos of an idiot "the amazing atheist" you should stay as far away as possible from this guy as he will lead you to utter destruction. the paths to destruction are many, the path to truth is single. obviously too many wedgies have finally sent this guy over the edge, and he will take you with him if he can. he is weak, stay away from him. the truth is the living GOD.

  • @Brandontrann LOL,yep thats it. some do actually smell sweet like syrup. some smell pungent or like a pine forest.all smell unique from western medicine. most are very good at healing, and nessescary for iron palm.

  • @Brandontrann that is the jow used on my hands. the hand medicine. i had just finished doing hand conditioning,so i still had jow on my hands.

  • the only thing he fakes is sex

  • coconuts are harder than human skulls

  • Whoever said anything about you lifting is an idiot and needs to hold their tongue. Its really annoying when people leave negative comments.

  • Job done Coconut broke not easy to do this.

    Well done

  • hey good job man ive done a little iron palm but my main focus is mantis but nevertheless i think your doing great dont listen to the haters on here just keep the good attitude and keep woking on that man thats great ^^

  • dude this video is awesome. nice animalpak shirt also. i am a member over there too. and good luck on your next break. I just started training again i did it before when i was 16 now i am 29 so i have to start all over but good luck man

  • If it involves mass and movement, by definition it is always physics and force that is involved. Qigong is just a specialized application of that power and force.

  • god job. train hard

  • Nice work man! I am a huge fan of the iron training and I am unsure where to start.. perhaps u have some suggestions? good websites? places to buy the equipment and dit da jows? i really would like to improve my life with shaolin physical and mental training.. if you could give me some pointers of any kind i would be grateful. Thank you and once again great work :-)

  • I'm vomitting

  • are you kidding me??

are you going to comment on all of my videos??

  • the groove is just b/c its scoured...its still hard to break with a hammer, i've bought an unscoured one from kroger before and they are harder to break, but not after the training.

    Peace*

  • do be honest the grooves on your coconut are realistic. The human skull has grooves called sutures. I don't see a problem.

  • Do people ever question you about the color of your hands?

I remember reading a story classically saying you know the look of an iron palmist... by the discoloration in his hands :)

    Does it freak anyoen out?

  • no i don't thin it freaks people out.they are not always as stained as you see in the videos. they are however a different color than the rest of my skin. what freaks people out, is when i turn my hands red, just by thinking about them or holding them in front of me and looking at them.

  • Hahah, from Qigong?

I mean, you're a huge motherfucker so I doubt people mess with you in the first place. Imho it would be more impressive to see a tiny guy (like Ku Ye Cheung) shattering bricks, so you know physics & force isn't involved.

Though I must admit, your slaps are impressively gentle, which is how real iron palm has to be done. there are plenty forceful breaks on youtube.

  • it is all perception. i only weigh 165lbs. so i am not huge by any means. you will see this when my "strongman" training video is put on. i am much smaller than the others i train with. so yes,it is specialized qigong that helps with the hanging coconut.

  • If it's not too much trouble asking, have you tried breaking red (regular) bricks too? Have you tried them unsupported also?

E.g. stack 3 regular red bricks and see what happens? Perhaps you don't even have to post the video :) just tell me the results.

  • @tao123chi Hi. This is the first video I've seen by you so far. I was just wondering (non judgmentally) what your height and bicep diameter is? If you don't want to post because of jerks, can you send a private message to me please? I am interested in body building and I'm wondering your dimensions. I don't mean to sound like you're my science experiment or anything lol.

  • @Aheyne was Ku Ye Cheung the guy who killed the horse by accident with his palm?

  • @kaindrg

    Hey kaindrg,

Yeah I think that was him. But I don't think it was by accident.. supposedly he came into the arena and took a few kicks from the horse (iron bell protected him, naturally), and then he slapped the horse which went down and died due to internal injuries.

  • fantastic !! continue the good work !!

  • thanx for the encouragement.

  • You probably already know this, but I'd like to reccomend that you use the largest coconut you can find when you first try to break one which has no score mark.

  • One of my knuckles was cut into by a cardboard-box's corner, that's part of the building-process. The use of hemp-fiber to grind dried skin, with zinc-oxide ointment to remove the itch, is part of gradually strengthening the skin. This condition of the skin on different parts of the hand, does vary in how it responds to scratches.

  • brent, i have no idea of what you are trying to convey here.

could i be of some assistance to you in your conditioning process? if so, feel free to private mail me.

  • Some basic training of the hands, can reduce the quantity of paper-cuts and have other benefits.

  • yes,but what i am saying is i do not understand what relevance it has to my videos.

why are you punching cardboard cereal boxes???

  • I need to test the conditioning of the skin and gradually work up, to more difficult things. In the video about the coconut you mentioned you are working up, while ironpalmist is listing, that you use the largest coconut possible and which has, no score mark.

My gradually building a skill, is much like your building with coconut-breaking, while I'm indirectly poking fun at ironpalmist, which does want you to start the most difficult-coconut, from the start.

  • brentpiecynski-- Between 1 large and 1 small coconut with equal shell/wall thickness, the larger coconut will break easier(when hanging). A hanging coconut is more likely to 'collapse' in rather than 'split' (due to lack of a hard surface behind it). It 'collapsed' in this video. Using a larger coconut provides more mass, thus more inertia, and has a less curved surface than a small coconut, making it functionally weaker. Often when breaking coconuts on a stand, they break from the bottom.

  • I should point out that what I mean by coconuts breaking from the bottom is that when you strike one on a hard surface and only use enough force to crack it without shattering it to pieces, often times it cracks not where you hit it but where it contacts whatever you're breaking it on.

  • Unlike breaking a coconut against a hard surface, when hanging they are more likely to break from the side you strike. I hope that made sense-it should make sense to anyone who has broken a few coconuts.

  • yes you are correct. i am looking for a good coconut with out any scoring tomorrow. i hope to try it on sun. if the weather holds.

  • I'm dealing with alternative forms of hand-conditioning and you are dealing with an alternative items to test your skill with. That person named ironpalmist does understand some of the unique traits of coconuts, while I understand some of the unique traits of cardboard boxes.

This coconut has a higher density than cardboard, which is why your palm will need to move faster than it does with cardboard. Those bulk purchase stores would have large-enough boxes so as to resist, a push to collapse.

  • I'm sure it's already been said, but don't worry about all the critics out there. You don't have to explain yourself to anyone. Keep training and competing against yourself daily. That's the way we get better. Great break and keep posting.

  • ROD, you're the man!!!! YEAAAHHHH!

  • Great job, Its fun when we grow, and teacher Rick is awsome, keep you head high and not worry about the negative comments out there. They even try to slam me. See you soon. Eddie

  • Again, awesome break, just like the last one. Other people's ignorance really shows when they post critical comments about your muscularity and breaking ability being related. Couch warriors and armchair quarterback need only go buy a coconut or block and they'll realize that its no amount of weight lifting or muscle will make their hands capable of breaking like that. Your skills are obvious and commendable to those of us who actually train and break things. Good work man.

  • thank you so much for your kind words and support.

  • great job. how do you train for this ? as i told you in previous emails i do train iron palm, but not for special breaks. my sifu is richard mieir king. also, what type of lifting routine do you use ? i would like to start lifting myself.

  • this is vibrational training.

i hope to soon publish my lifting routine and i will include all supplements i use.

  • You right on with this, If it was all about power every body builder or brut force man could do this, thanks to teacher Rick info we can do the tasks, see you soon Eddie
