I went on a German exchange the year before last and I have a feeling I made a complete fool of myself. In fact, I'm not fighting a wave of suppressed memories... And I wouldn't be too worried of the woman in black, the book is more about the drama and tension rather then "boo" moments.. I wouldn't be surprised if the director wanted to kick the horror up a notch so don't take my word for it :)

The Village? SCARY? Hannahhhhhhhh we watched that movie at school, during class in the 9th grade. That movie was anything but scary. I just didn't understand where the "monsters" were getting their silk red robes from. Can you picture a bunch of monsters circled up in a forrest knitting themselves some robes? Me neither. I saw Woman in Black in the west end and it was TERRIFYING. Someone told me the film is even scarier so I personally will not be putting myself through that again. I can't imagine the film being as good though, because it'll take away a lot of the elements that make the play so scary and interesting.

Yeah, in my first term in college (almost said university, but then I remembered I'm American so I've got to say college...) it only took us a month before we made a fire-hazard fort in the hallway. It was epic. We made a fort out of furniture in the lounge another time. And out of cardboard boxes another time. And a few more forts... Jealous about the cool archery. I wanted to start it, but here it seems everyone's in it for redneck hunting,and the bows are mechanical; boring. =(

I saw the Woman in Black onstage (it was a West End play) and I was terrified, even though I'm friends with the girl who played the Woman In Black in that production. I don't think I could watch the film of it, even with DanRad in it - I'm awful with horror films too! :(
