Try the sawed-off against fleshes. Or try pwning them to death in the head with a pistol (any make, model, caliber). I find that the best weapons to take with you on your first incursion into X18 (not sure if most people ever go back there but I do) are an AK-74 or AN-94 (your choice), a sawed-off, and a Walther P99. You'll find a GP-25 mounted on a perfect condition AK in the locker ro0m along with two VOGs. In the Oblivion Lost mod, the GP-25 is perfect for battling the Burer.

This game is incredibly atmospheric and usually you aren't afraid when you're in the act of fighting, just while you're walking through a seemingly empty bunker but you know something is gonna pop out you. The anticipation is scarier than the popping out part.

Take the scope off your rifle when fighting in confined spaces. Always use your sights. They messed up the sights on the LR-300. You aim over the peep instead of through it (and the peep isn't big enough and it's also to0 far forward). But still, iron sights are better than scopes for fighting indo0rs. Doesn't matter what you're fighting. Scopes hinder your peripheral vision.

@PenaPuukk0 The thing is that the one you passed at 1:09 was a soul artifact, a much better version of the stone bloods that you have equipped there, in fact you could have dropped the stone bloods, picked up the soul and still had greater regen with less weight.
