It can be argued both ways: the man in the cloak is Ryan, or the man in the cloak is The Writer.

Ryan: Because the WIlling Well is in the House Atlantic, Ryan has access to it. In one of the videos the figure is walking through the house after a kid falls out of bed. This could be Ryan destroying the Monstar/Sinstar virus.

Writer: Writer also has access to the Willing Well. Because he is thought of as "God-like", he should be able to use the portal to enter any world, Heaven's Fence or ours.

I am clueless as to what the story means. I've read the comments on these willing well videos. Can someone PLEASE tell me where i can understand all of this? Someone tell me what the hell this is about. I love C&C and I know that the cloaked figure is Ryan, but why is he stalking this family through the Willing Well? Are they part of the Writer's Story? And could someone tell me if he is seeking a certain person to make Claudio turn into the Crowing?

ryan isn't stalking anyone in particular; when the writing writer entered the willing wells, he opened them up for ryan's use as well. now ryan is entering into the "real world" to stir up some serious shit, and it's up to claudio to end it all as the crowing. this family has nothing specific to do with the story; they're simply using all these vids to put out the word of the new album and to help us understand wtf whilhelm is capable of doing now that he has access to the willing wells.

there is definitely some significance with the dog barking and what is said to be wilhelm. apollo perhaps? if the willing well is open there is a chance that apollo got through as well. so does that mean claudio (the character) is going to have to come into the real world to get wilhelm and kill him?

but anyways, these featurettes are amazing. can't wait for the new album.

I read on Cobalt and Calcium that Claudio had confirmed that the hooded figure was Wilhelm at the listening party in the UK. A member of Cobalt and Calcium who attended discussed it with Claudio.

As far as I know, Claudio has confirmed that the hooded figure in these videos is Wilhelm Ryan and that Wilhelm has entered our world via the Willing Well. It would seem that Wilhelm is wreaking havoc upon random families and that we shall only know the extent of his work when the series is finished and the album released.

Notice how the dogs bark in both videos. It can't be a coincidence that there were just dogs barking in both videos. That HAS to be significant.

Although, this couple DOES look like Coheed and Cambria, sort of. The way the house is arranged, and the way that I, as well as other people, would probably imagine the characters acting.
