  • Great Vid.. Wonder how they managed all that different doe?

  • @lushfauna - Each community managed their own system.

  • The real root to the problem that most people aren't aware of is, the fact that the Federal Reserve is a Bank and Loans out money to the government... the Federal Reserve is the one responsible for the value of the dollar. the Federal Reserve uses the Central Banking system. meaning that for every dollar the us makes is actually a loan from the Federal Reserve bank so for instance a dollar is actually a dollar + a amount of interest that the Federal Reserve dictates.

  • I highly recommend E.C. Riegel, which proves that the issue of the monopoly of money is not only a "left-wing" concern.

  • If we don't learn from the pasts//////////////Well you know the rest.

  • In the country, they mostly got by with barter. Country to city or industry was different. When farmers tried to trade corn for coal to starving miners, they faced murder gangs hired by the mine owners who were afraid of 'communism'.

  • Interesting.

I've never read nor heard of this before.

  • The Elite came close to loose power as a result of the great depression so they have concealed a lot of information about that period

    An aid to FDR wrote

"we were confronted with a choice between and orderly revolution or a violent overthrow of the whole capitalist structure"

Money should be controlled and issued at No Interest by direct representatives of the people, not by private banks.

I recommend seeing the video "Money as Debt" its really worth it imo ;)

  • Since you're interested in the money question, check out E.C. Riegel's book Private Enterprise Money. You can read it free online. I think he wrote that in the late 30's or early 40's.

I agree there's no place for interest on

newly created money, but Riegel lays out the case for abandoning political money altogether. It's quite convincing. Money comes from people engaged in exchange. We do not require any monopolistic power to control or issue it.

  • On the contrary, the elite banking power gained much power by buying small bankers at almost no cost during the depression. "Economic crisis" is a theater. Do not let you be deceived by them. "Money as Debt" is really good.

  • @virago1776 - the Central Bankers don't want you to know about it.
