When good manners prevail. One should remember this pivotal principle is to always say Mr. or Ms the name of the older more important person first. You will notice that when introducing a young person to someone considerably older, as a sign of respect, the older persons title. In this case the appropriate Ms Ross. unless the person excused you to address them otherwise.

I agree with you he did keep on cutting her off. However, I don't think he was in awe-- I think he was just a disrespectful lil sissy-boy ... one of the type that try so hard to criticize her online --and cant possibly even understand her amazing legacy.

I agree with you. He should call her "Miss Ross" because she is the private person in that clip. In a concert, when she's live on stage, than it's absolute okay, to call her "Diana" .... but private only "Miss Ross".
