They simply dwarf Hiroshima/Nagasaki in orders of magnitude. Potential initial destructive power is in millions of lives. And billions would die later of famine in an all-out nuclear war due to destruction of the infrastructure and agriculture.

I did this once for a presentation in History. I was supposed to show a picture of the nuclear explosion when a nuke hit Hiroshima, but my computer crashed the night before and didn't get a chance to put it on. I got a 98% on it.
