Yes, he went further by encouraging one of his members in Detroit to bomb a police station in which civilian casualties were inevitable. The man happened to by an FBI plant or people would have died. The Weather Underground bombed someone's house in San Francisco, terrorizing a family sleeping in their beds at 3am, including a 9 year old boy. Obama was 40 when Ayers posed for the August 2001 issue of Chicago magazine to promote his autobiography. This is relevant. Don't give you your wits.

That's a lie. Unlike Ayers, G. Gordon Liddy was convicted of domestic terrorism & sentenced to 20 yrs in prison. He gave a fundraiser in his home for McCain in '98 & their "close friends" according to McCain. This fact wasn't aired in the media (only Letterman). And, what of the Palins being in bed w/domestic terrorists Joe Vogler, psychotic religious radicals Thomas Muthee & Ed Kilnins? Very little was aired about them. McCain & Palin got a free ride, considering what they've been involved in.

And who ever heard that he was an anti-Vietnam War person - they just call him a radical - you know how many people didn't agree with the Vietnam War? And yes there were injustices, atrocities by our government. I wasn't even born then - but even that can't hide from a little history.

And by the way, let's not forget that Ayers was Illinois' (or Chicago's?) 1997 Citizen of the Year. And is an esteemed professor. Some radical ideas huh?

Obviously tho, the fear tactics people ranging from politicians to the media use - it's sickening and yes the American people did reject it this time. The people who are prone to that fear - well, it's a pity.

The whole controversy is bogus. - and the Vietnam War was widely protested. He went yes further than others would, but there it is.

When Ayers said "we should have done more" he spoke about the American people. McCain was a part of a bombing squad (he flew 23 missions) killing over 1M innocent civilians in Hanoi & later said he was "glad to do it." Who is the real monster here? Someone who used vandalism to stop the senseless killing of innocents or someone who got off on the killing, wanted to do more? The man is nothing but a warmonger & so dangerous. I don't even think he's lucid thinking Putin is the President of Germany
