LMAO of course it's bogus! This was a publicity stunt in late '06. Local people were outraged and Dublin Corporation was inundated with complaints to this development which they knew nothing about. It was designed by an advertising agency to show off viral marketing. At the time it featured on RTE News and in national newspapers. Unfortunately for the backers, I think they were a little too eager as the website they were promoting wasn't up and running when it came to National attention. :)
