If it's something man-made, there ought to be a reasonable, obvious explanation for it. If it's a real UFO, then it probably indicates that they possess some sort of cloaking device. Whatever the explanation, it needs to account for the fact that this apparition was also seen and photographed as far back as the 1950s...and they had no explanation for it then either.

A ring Identical to this one was filmed at Kings Dominion Theme park a less then a week ago and others like it exist. I've seen three today so far just looking for them and doing searches.

I'd be there all damn day if I saw something bizarre in the sky, so I would know for myself that it was something not of this world. This was at a parade or something that included an air show. A pilot blows colored smoke in a ring, then shuts it off and leaves after it forms a complete circle. I've seen them being made. With low winds, it can drift for up to half an hour, still maintaining it's basic shape.
