kholger, You did great for your first time. 90% of the people that post comments on the seadicam channels are idots! they know nothing about steadicams. If they read "The Steadicam Operator's Handbook, (only $40 U.S.) they would know that when you run or walk very fast you need your arm out for balance. The only tip I have is... Hold the gimble handle with your finger tips, (like you would hold a flute). Also checkout Tiffen's DVD on the use of the Steadicam... only $20 U.S.
Looks like a JVC GY HD110U....what was he planning on doing wit the other hand?? just wave it all over the place??? sheesh at least do a little research on your equipment.......for starters: one hand holds the sled by the handle and the other hand is used to adjust the direction in which the camera is pointing at.... come on people!!!!!
He didn't know how use it in fact...he never use it corectly...
And its this kind of guy who can bought one... arrghhhh pooor life!
