Mijn T450 S met 3550kv motor 2700 rpm en 2200 mAh kon 8:30 halen op een lipo maar dat was wel rustig vliegen. Nu met 3D haal ik uit mijn 450V2 nog maar 4:30. Maar dan draai ik ook 3400 RPM. En dat is de hele tijd knallen.
amazingly stable, just like my 36. ive heard alot of trash talk about walkera, and true, some of their smaller helis like the DF#4 are copies of e-sky designs but walkera helis are the most stable and easiest to control that ive ever flown... only problem is sometimes they arent sensative enough to get out of bad situations.... very nice flying!
Thanks but i do agree with the trash talk. Thats the reason i sold it. I bought a Trex 450S and it was mush more stable then the DF60. Also the frame was better build and can take a lot more punishment. But there latest replacements for the DF04 are a lot better then the old 04 and 4#1 !
I sold mine a long time ago. I think you need to drop the pinion to 9t. 4200 KV is a lot. I fly a 3600 KV scorpion on my T450 with 13t and around 3000 rpm head speed. And thats with CF blades.
No not that i know of but 5000kv is realy fast. you will need to use a very small prop else. Because planes are direct drive. You get way higher rpm's.

These are 285mm GF blades. And a mystery 4200 KV. I dont fly that motor on my 450's not enough power (as in max AMP draw not the KV that a bit to high) I have a scorpion 2221-8 v2 3600kv for the 450SEV2 and a weak 430L for the 430S.

How you mean not working properly ? when you fly or also on the ground ? They should make smooth movements when you move the sticks. If you have problems if the control in air it could be a vibration in the helicopter itself.
When I move stick it, 3 servos doesnt move at right direction and the rudder servo doesnt event work!!I dont know what do I need to amend or my gyro have got problem as I am a beginner :(

Whats wrong with your pitch ? If you wanna have a good pitch you have to make sure the swashplate is flat compared to the frame. It must move straight up.
For the motor speed i dont have a walkera transmitter. You can also put on a other pion on your motor to change the speed. Or just lower you throttle.
Do you have a stock walkera #60 ? As in stock transmitter ? because you have to set it correctly before you can fly. I dont know how that one works i have a Graupner MX12 on my #60 and Trex 450. And you also have to make sure the heli is adjusted properly else it will drift away or crash.
owh if this is your first helicopter. I advice you to buy a walkera 4#1 or 04 first. It can take a a lot of crashes whiteout getting broken. And its cheap. I also had a 04 before my #60. And i still use it to do some stunting. ( and use a training cross )
But i bought this heli already and it si on the way. i dont really knw hw to adjust or to repair it. I had a cp2 before to practice but is got crash into pieces on the first flight!!if you or any one have video instruction just be kind and send it to me so I can learn
I have instructions but they are all in dutch. I realy surgest you also buy a walkera 4#1. It will have you money because it will not be broken after one crash. A #60 will be broken after a crash costs can vary from 10 to 70$ easely and a 04 only costs like 100$ with batery and everything. But i will look for a PDF with some information.

Het zal wel wat anders zijn. Zo i zo is de motor veel zwaarder namelijk 4200 KV. De Servo's zijn wat sterker vooral die op de staart. En dat laatste zal veel schelen.
De Ontvanger en zender maakt niet veel uit maar ik hoor nog wel eens dat die van walkera het lieten afweten dus ik heb meteen een MX12 genomen.
De Alu kop maakt em iets stabieler Maar ik denk niet dat dat heel veel scheelt voor het hooveren voor 3D vliegen is het een ander verhaal.
ik heb een geheel andere setup op mijne 60b namelijk:
esky 3900kv motor
kds 40amp regelaar
3x turnigy metal gears op de swash
esky digi servo op de staart (werkt na al die tijd nog steeds perfect)
zelfde gyro als jij
en dan vlieg ik met 1000 tot 1300mah ong 7 min per bat allemaal 25c

i think you're just a bunsh of losers..
if you know how to handle the walkera, and have the patience to perfect it, it's the most wonderfull thing on earth.
however, the standard electronics are not very good, you have to assemble it yourself.

well i have had that #60 and also a T450 the T450 is more stable. Frame is more solid. The frame on the #60 can bend very easily.
Its a nice heli but you will be finding some limits when you are moving towards hard 3D/Sport flying.

The Trex pinion was 12t not 13t. I have 13t on my T500.

If you ask me its bigger. But i had a Trex 450 canopy on my DF60. And that one is even bigger than the stock DF60 canopy.

What kind of transmitter do you have ? You need to make some settings to make them go in to the right direction.

I crashed it when doing a double Piro. ( I was lucky only blades where broken ) Its up again this time with new Align 315mm Pro Wood blades.
I'm tuning it now and waiting for my new 2200 mAh Lipo ( now using a way to light 1500 mAh 10c ) So i can make a new movie with some piro's.
