I like how he laughs and has a sense of humor w/ her and vice versa. I also like how she's all ride or die for Jason. She hasn't been like that w/ anyone else.

OK, so this might be nitpicking but notice what Elizabeth didn't say.

Elizabeth: He's a cop, you're a wanted fugitive.

She didn't say "You're a criminal" That's because she doesn't think of Jason as a criminal (even though, technically, he is one). See, total acceptance of who and what he is on her part. She never thinks badly of him.
