@as101345207 It's the Lowest Settings and if in the Game you are "Outside" with lots of Shooting, the FPS is Single Digits , GT240 or ATI 5670 is Pretty Much the Minimum Video Cards that you want to Use these Days ....

no way...Ive got quad core Q6600 2.4Ghz, 3GB ram (with *ahem* Vista, but gfx settings minimised), and I has the same 7050MB/610i mobo, yet COD4 runs like shit even on low gfx. If I just turned down the cores to 2, sounds stupid but would it help (does GFX/CPU latency have anything to do with this?

sorry for the late reply buh um , your computer is better than mine in genral but it must be like your HDD , you may need to de-frag it to improve performance , or you can do what i done , get windows 7 , all games run better on it :)
