fired, tenure or no tenure. All it means is a guarantee to due process. Say for
example, the teacher flunked a football player who slept in class. Then the player's
parents have a cousin on the school board and they convince him/her to get the
teacher removed. If the teacher is tenured, after the school board process, he/she may go before a district judge and get the school board ruling overturned.
