I totally agree. This isn't a show for little kids. I don't want to be one of those people that makes everything boring, but a show like this just isn't appropriate for a kid. I love everything about Family Guy, and I like Seth Macfarlane (creator of Family Guy.) Some things they add making fun of Jesus are sometimes a little over the edge, but for the most part it's just for a few laughs.
