  • ago, and I do that with every of my muscles...what is the fucking diffirence tell me. I know I got results fast because of that and my nutrtition, but dont tell I got 1-2 pounds of mucles and 20 pounds water...because I wouldnt be 60% stronger with 1 pounds of muscle...lets not be idiot here...

  • @nojomen2 and yes you get strong quick without adding serious muscle mass, my shoulder presses are well over 60% percent stronger and so is everything else i do, but i only gained roughly 2-4 pounds in last 13 weeks, and i supplement with casein protein, whey protein, and caesine mono-hydrate. work out about a 1hr a day, sometimes up to 7 times a week. However my body is of an ectomorph aka a hard gainer.

  • @nojomen2 lol creatine adds water to your muscles, and you probably went through a loading phase, so yeah 24 pounds would be easy to gain. 20-22 pounds water/fat and 2-4 pounds actual muscle, do your research on pure muscle growth and see how easy it is to gain it naturally even with strict nutrition, i sugestion watching a user name scooby1961.

I know I have water everywhere in my body, but hey...I'm lifting the same things as my friend at the bench, and he weights 10 pounds more than me. I lift 60% heavier weights than I could 3 months

  • @nojomen2 im saying using creatine through a loading phase and eating pretty much anything its easy to gain that much weight, Pure 24 pounds of muscle can not be gained that quick in 8 weeks let alone a whole year, but if you will like to think so then ima let you think that so that way you may be able to sleep better at night, however i strongly suggest you research on muscle growth, and if it was that easy everyone would be ripped. please post video of your strong muscular body. lol

  • @nojomen2 and theres difference with a creatine supplemented body and a non creatine body, creatine stores water in your muscle's giving you a more roundish and spongy look, and its more noticeable with the loading phase, and gaining weight is rapid, doesn't mean its pure muscle mainly stored water, if you know about body building i wouldn't have to explain and you wouldn't think 24 pounds pure muscle in 8 weeks is obtainable. Research please.

  • @clborg88 You should check out scooby1961's channel, he teaches you how to build muscle and lose fat at the same time no matter your age or metabolism, and best of all it's all free no registration or anything is needed. I wish there were more men like scooby in this world.

  • @clborg88 Not everyone builds fat while attempting to build muscle. I have always had a really high metabolism. I eat a ton and never gain a pound. My diet usually consists of mainly meat and cheese lots of it, still i only have 5.4% body fat. It's also a curse within it's self because I have to eat a lot of food to maintain my muscle or I start to shed down really fast.

  • i gained like 5 lbs of muscle before wrestling season. before i could bench about 125. after the season i could prob bench 100. it definately sucked all my strength out of me it was crazy. i weighed 130 all season and gained 8 pounds of fat within a week of the season's ending, which really isnt much. some kids gained 20-25 lbs haha
