@nojomen2 and yes you get strong quick without adding serious muscle mass, my shoulder presses are well over 60% percent stronger and so is everything else i do, but i only gained roughly 2-4 pounds in last 13 weeks, and i supplement with casein protein, whey protein, and caesine mono-hydrate. work out about a 1hr a day, sometimes up to 7 times a week. However my body is of an ectomorph aka a hard gainer.

@clborg88 Not everyone builds fat while attempting to build muscle. I have always had a really high metabolism. I eat a ton and never gain a pound. My diet usually consists of mainly meat and cheese lots of it, still i only have 5.4% body fat. It's also a curse within it's self because I have to eat a lot of food to maintain my muscle or I start to shed down really fast.

i gained like 5 lbs of muscle before wrestling season. before i could bench about 125. after the season i could prob bench 100. it definately sucked all my strength out of me it was crazy. i weighed 130 all season and gained 8 pounds of fat within a week of the season's ending, which really isnt much. some kids gained 20-25 lbs haha

you are obviously working your biceps...and not at all your triceps...your tricep is huge in comparison to your bicep...so to make it simple if you want your arms to look big..you need to work out your tricep because they make up most of your arm
umm there is some muscle on the chest and arms that has been added , although heaps of fat too, I have to agree the shoulders have not been worked and the belly has to be lost.

20 pounds of muscle takes 3 to 4 years without steroids and supplements. with supplements about 2 and a half year. you forget that people grow when they are teenagers and that also causes gains in weight.

whatever you did it wasnt because you stopped taking protein. Protein just helps you rebuild the muscles that you tear when you are working out faster. Other than that it doesn't really have a downside...
that would be 3 pounds in one week (from title) which is impossible if your doing it naturally and the weight is muscle. for that amount of gains would take years
people this is what it looks like when skinny people take NO supplements after a a full 8-12 week cycle.... your muscles just fill up with water and you get that bulky undefined look. this is not muscle, its just temporary muscle saturation.

Dude that isn't me in the video dumbass. WOW The guy in the video prob did gain that much weight becasue of a few things. 20 pounds of muscle takes 3 to 4 years without steroids and supplements. with supplements about 2 and a half year. you forget that people grow when they are teenagers and that also causes gains in weight.

@nofear2485 actually not true mate. I personally (without the use of steroids) have put on 20lbs in just short of a year. I use some supplements and eat A LOT of food. It is possible - even for us hardgainers...
The guy in this video maybe put on 5 or 6lbs, if that.

whatever you did it wasnt because you stopped taking protein. Protein just helps you rebuild the muscles that you tear when you are working out faster. Other than that it doesn't really have a downside...

people this is what it looks like when skinny people take NO supplements after a a full 8-12 week cycle.... your muscles just fill up with water and you get that bulky undefined look. this is not muscle, its just temporary muscle saturation.
