  • He was a consumate actor and a true artist. Look at his expression. Look at his movements. Nobody could touch him, then or now. He could make your knees buckle, or he could make you burst into tears. He could make you burst into laughter or make you feel as though he was a part of you and you felt his highs and lows, his dreams, his romance. Nobody, in a thousand years, in this time or any time will ever come close to him.

  • That face, those looks, that intensity, the eyes that haunt and that indefinable sadness about him make my heart ache.....and---no disrespect intended, but it seems to me (from some rather tight pants he's wearing) that he had a lot more to offer a woman than meets the eye.....

  • Oh, Valentino Forever!

  • Classy tribute to a classy man. Today's leading men can't come close to RV.

  • He was a wonderful man all-in-all, every way! His wives were not meant for him; they were out for their own interests and didn't even think for a minute, what they had. Ignorant women!! He was and is still one of a kind!

  • This is a great Tribute :) ...great pic's.

Watching this video, Valentino was such a Renaissance man.

  • I watch this video at least every day, and each time I watch it, I want Rudy so bad.

  • Absolutely stunning! Your pictures are so beautiful, and your choice of music is equally beautiful.

  • Thank you this is wonderful

  • He was THE ONLY FIRST - and he Is the FIRST + the BEST until today...a dream of seduction, tenderness and wilde hot love - oh, what a man!

  • He is truly a Legend and deserves all the admiration he gets. He was one of the first "movie stars" of that era.

  • I still regard Rudy as one of a kind. He was from Italy, set out to make a name for himself in the USA and did what he felt was his lifes calling. I dont think he really was able to handle this fame he received and the heady adulation of thousands of love struck women. I just wish he hadn't had to die before his potential and hopes for his personal and professional life had had long enough to really bring him fulfillment and happiness. He was a Lover, yes, but also a good man.

  • Just because a man is romantic and charming doesn't necessarily make him gay. I believe Mr. Valentino was primarily a womans's man and did have many friends of both sexes who thought highly of him . I suppose in this day and age, a handsome lover who has made thousands of women adore him and still remains one of the most talked of movie heros does have to be castigated by persons who know that they could never compare to his personality and talent if they were in his place.

  • I agree that Rudy was a man for all people. His funeral was a spectacular exhibition of female adoration and most men admired him for his magnetic influence over women. Truly a Movie Legend.

  • In that time the Americans had not gotten used to see a refined, elegant and kind Italian gentleman, they was rough and they thought that those were ways of a gay, but the women like those ways, for this he had so much success.

  • I like Novarro indeed!But Rudy...WOW!Thanks a lot basil.All the best.

  • Rudy beats them all. The actors of today have a good role model to follow. Rudy was a beautiful man, a gentleman and a great actor. It's too bad he never lived to realize his impact on film even to this day.

  • Wonderful video! one of the most beautiful..just what the first great movie star deserves!

  • "The Latin Lover" One of the most popular and best remembered stars of the Silent Movie

Era. A little trivia...Baz, did you know that Valentino wrote a book of poetry in 1923 titled "Daydreams" it became a best seller. He also wrote for various movie magazines.

Your tribute is just wonderful! Fondly, Hedda.

  • Angelasga.....The name of the first song is Por Ti Volare(Con te Partiro). Made famous by the great tenor Andrea Bocelli ! basilnelson.... these pics of Valentino are terrific !

  • Great video!! One can visit Rudy at his eternal home in Hollywood (Hollywood Cementary) on Santa Monica Boulevard.

Rudy -- too bad we were not with you.

  • Hi shelayne4, thanks for the comment. I love this video and I watch it everyday and never get tired of it!

  • Wow angelasga I have found a kindred spirit!!! I'm so happy to see others like me out there!! You have the best taste!! RUDY! RUDY! RUDY!!!!!

  • A classy video of a classy man. This video is the best!!!. What is the name of the music?, I love listening to it as I watch the most beautiful man that ever lived!

  • Hey angelasga! I must agree with you Rudy was indeed the most beautiful man that ever lived!!! I love how you think!!

  • Thanks so very much for this wonderful video! I Love, Love, Love it. One of the best I have seen.

  • Thank you!!! Valentino was indeed a legend!!!! A Breathtaking Man!!! RUDY RUDY RUDY!!!!

  • I like this instrumental for your video, it sounds so classic and contemporary all at once: just like Rudy himself. I think you did a great job, your movie making program does this video proud...I have a crappy Window's movie maker(:oP)!!! 5 STARS!!

  • Rudolph Valentino was the dark and mysterious Romantic

Symbol of manhood for most women in the 20,s, a tall

    image of Arab..Spanish..Gypsy characters portrayed

on the silver screen, also as him self proud of his

gym toned body` and dark pirecing eyes of seduction.

    Classic Images and music*
