This is going to be a playable caracter?Hyper Armor with a sick health bar?Please at least tell me that he can't block like Metal Zangief...

Yes, and more then likely he can't block if he uses the Hyper Armor style of character like PTX-40A. He may have a large health bar, but that is to compensate for the fact that he is so huge, slow moving and cannot have a partner.
