  • great!

  • nice lift

  • death grips scare me

  • @007cascader

already did in my 20's idiot. i have no reason to show off at my age.

  • now try it from a dead stop on your shoulders where it should be.

  • nice strength...whats your bodyweight?

  • i dpnt care what anyone who criticizes this says good form or not good form this is still impressive

  • u used your legs...

  • The original weight lifting exercise.

    Bravo, sir.

  • Only one x ...

  • Awesome bro.

  • good man I can do two plates on site and I know how hard I had to train to achive that. Maybe next year :)

  • @kpwlek i barely hit one plate for 5 this month lol x)

    age :17 3/4

    weight:160

    height: 5'5"-5;6"

just thought id throw some stats in there lol i been trainin for about almost 2 years on and off :p

  • nice pushpress

  • Looks like a 245 lb guy doing 315 lbs! That's brutal!!!!

  • @FinalBossDesu you do it then.

  • Nice! whats you weight? looks like your picking yourself plus 80 pounds up!

  • I feel like metallica is always blasting in these videos! \m/, love it

  • nice lift!

  • kinda seemed like a push press

  • @Nelson160592 it doesnt say strict military press in title. yeah it was a pushpress though but not much leg drive was used.

  • great!

  • u my friend, are what i like to call, a beast! :)

  • holy mother of god...........agreed, hella strong!

  • watching that hurt my shoulder. Good lift.

  • Damn that was a good lift

  • This is as close to a perfectly strict 300lb press you're likely to see on Youtube.

  • And that is what is so truly tragic.

  • @quagmire1807 more like 315,but then again hes most likely on juice

  • Why is he "most likely" on juice? Because he's stronger than you?

  • Great lift! That's a lot of power

  • Very impressive. Most people would be lucky to overhead press 1 plate on each side. This has always been one of my favorite lifts. Better test of strength than bench press IMO.

  • Why would you be lucky to press 135?

  • @fearandloathinginNY 135 is a lot for shoulders.

  • @MrTripleTab I agree. Plus there is something psychologically satisfying about picking something up over your head like that.

  • @MrTripleTab I agree with you this lift is very impressive but i don't really know how you can compare it with bench press. If you go really slow to suppress the myotatic reflex when you're going down with the bar you'll see that bench pressing is not as easy as that! =)

  • @MrTripleTab

kettlebell presses are even more challenging

  • strong!

  • He dipped only one inch... give me a break.

  • strong!

  • takes a beast to press over 300

  • wow, impressive power

  • post a video of yourself doing half of that then.

  • i mentally freak out if i do that sitting down..... not sure why, but my brain wont let me do that shit sitting down..... its dumb i know...

  • WOW

  • Great press...very good power. 5 stars.

  • Congrats, you're a fucking beast Vadim, an inspiration for short lads like me

  • Most impressive! 308 or 315 lbs?

  • Everything else he posts is in pounds. Probably 315.
