Before we arrive at the birth certificate issue, Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen by any historically relevant definition (including his own).

However, now, with the "assassination" of Al-Awlaki, the "fast & furious", and the hodge-podge of other recent constitutional improprieties... the likelihood of a constitutional re-examination in relation to Obama seems to have increased?

The crimes of Obama won't get any air time in the media, but those who voted for him last time are having 2nd thoughts. Nevertheless, I need to reiterate that identity fraud and document fraud trump (pardon the pun) the eligibility issue because Presidential candidates must have their legal names placed on the ballot & Barack Hussein Obama cannot prove that is his legal name.

Clearly the document could never have been made in 1961.

Regardless, his father was born in Kenya and that disqualifies him from being a Natural Born Citizen, and thus can not hold the office of president.
