I also don' t know what I did or said.Every time I invite them to my house they say they will come then at the last minute they cancel. I have this friend ... okay she's my ex but we still clinging to echother and really in love with echother and we're BEST friends with echother now. I learned how to apply what you said about a year and a half ago, and I've never been happier. I have 3 close friends I can tell anything to, and everyone else I'm very selective about. I totally agree with everything you said here, and if more people would follow it, we'd have a less stress life.

Okay, I find this really offensive, YOU as a person, cannot sit there and compare "bitchy" friends to abusive partners. If someone is being physically abused by their partner, chances are they are being just as emotionally abused, which can be a constant draining process of reeling their partner, convincing and breaking down their confidence to make them feel belittled and worthless, which is something you have clearly never had to deal with. Don't speak of that which you don't understand.
