I've just listened to several of their songs. I hadn't even heard of them before, I had seen their drummer in that movie Imaginary Heroes, though.
They're pretty decent, they aren't like spectacular, but they're okay. They're like any other band, bad vocalist that you can't seem to not like, and underrated drums and guitar.

Fetus is great...I don't care if it seems a Nirvana's song (I like Nirvana), yeah it's grunge and the sound is seem, but is not important. It's a great music!
A lot of bands make the same song, the same cd year after year...And nobody says anything!

Pagoda is a so Fantasctic band, they really can touch me in my heart. But why do you always compare them to Nirvana ? Even if they make music which are a bit the same, you don't compare the Dead Kennedys and The Ramones ! he had the look for his part as Kurt in Gus van Sant's 'Last Days', so all criticisms people have made on the copying his look front can just be disregarded. Whether or not the sound has been copied is a different debate, I guess. But I think this band are pretty fucking good, and all great bands inspire the sounds of other great bands to come.

I've just listened to several of their songs. I hadn't even heard of them before, I had seen their drummer in that movie Imaginary Heroes, though.
They're pretty decent, they aren't like spectacular, but they're okay. They're like any other band, bad vocalist that you can't seem to not like, and underrated drums and guitar.
