  • "This" corkscrew is called a 'Waiter's Corkscrew' and the Champagne bottle should be inclined in order to expand the inner air bubble that produces the pressure; by expanding the bubble the pressure drops making it safer to open. Make sure you deliver the correct names and proper procedures before you release a video like this, or better yet: hire a producer with prior food & wine experience.

  • I love the big loud "pop". My dining room teacher did it but she turned the bottle. The first bottle of champagne we tasted, it did a big loud pop.
