@ThaPlanton When the inside cartilage of the stalks and stems are broken with and easy snap (not to harsh, leave the outside of the stalks unbroken) by a simple yet gentle pinch and twist. Then in a few days the plant will repair the damage as well as let more water and nutes be delivered to the buds. Google search super cropping. Ive seen it work with my own eyes.
