I got one of these supposed tough phones 4 months ago and I am already on my third replacement handset. The first one got splashed with a little bit of water and the second wouldnt make outgoing calls now the third keeps turning itself off and has very poor reception. A good idea to make a tough phone but the Sonim just isnt the one for the job. Thumbs down for the phone thumbs up for the 3 year warranty.
