Thanks for the good feedback. I wouldn't say that your physical symptoms occur "normally," but they do happen occasionally. These symptoms are generally the by-product of a clearing process - the removal of stored up toxins which everyone accumulates over time. This is essentially a good thing, but it's less uncomfortable when done gradually. Decreasing your meditations to a couple times a day would quite likely dial down the symptoms you are experiencing.
My first thought during the meditation was "Oh no! Didn't check how long it was!" Haha, Mindlessness big time! So I'm greatful it's short. You have just enough time to get that feeling of "new eyes" and tranquility when you come out of the meditation. Thank you!

Whenever something like this occurs, it's a very valuable healing, and always passes, leaving you free of that heavy energy.
