Ive played the snes one, but i prefer the genesis, the music is fun and funky, and doesn't take itself serious, also it played a hell of a lot better then the snes one with broken controls and a bad jumping sound affect, don't get me wrong i love both systems, but Sega wins this round!!!
@Nighthawke70 The melody is the same, but the samples are totally different between the versions. I noticed 4 distinct versions of the music: Amiga, Sega CD, Genesis/MegaDrive and Super Nes. And I think the differences occured based on the console/computer 'power'.

Some riffs are different than the other releases... Perhaps this is intentional due to the licensing?
