Pennywise was, without a doubt, so influential to me on my life growing up.

I can only hope the generations below me can understand music like this and experience it.

I really hope they can see past all this hardcore, deathcore, experimental stuff and realized music once carried a message. Not just bands competing for the most brutal breakdown.

Its about anit-conformism and rejecting the ideals set by the establishment and not following "their rules" simply because everyone else does. You cant have people tell you what pennywise' message is. You have to listen to it and figure out what they are saying to you, since its often recieved differently by everyone.
