@dingbatdommusic I think you people in England underestimate David de Gea's ability. I've watched him grow tremendously over the past year growing out to be one of the best keepers in La Liga. Yet ever since he made the transfer to Manchester United he hasn't been as good, but to say he's a bad goalkeeper is just ignorant....

@biatch1029384756 mate even the best in la liga can struggle in the premier league what you dont realise is that the premier league is a much better league than la liga you have real madrid and barcelona 2 world class teams when we have about 6 and the gap between those top 6 world class and the others in the league really isn't huge. Look at diego forlan how bad he was for united but great for athletico the premier league is just so much harder

@JamieAndroidFan The English media and Sky Sports woould have everyone believe the EPL is the best in the world, but aside from a handful of teams it's just like any other league. Top heavy, middling Europa League type teams, and then provincial sides at the bottom. If it were so competitive then other teams would win it aside from MU/Chelsea. That just isn't the case.

@JamieAndroidFan Okay first off Diego Forlan isn't good at all in La Liga except for his first half year at Atletico Madrid. Second I know the Premier League is a harder league to play in because there are more fixtures and it's more physical but trust me when I say that technique wise the Premier League is way below La Liga's level also I know for a fact that both Real Madrid and Barcelona are better than ANY team in the EPL. which is the reason other La Liga teams don't get the chance to grow.

@JamieAndroidFan I didn't say the EPL is way below the level of La Liga but given the individual ability of some players in La Liga which you just don't see in the EPL I did say that technique wise La Liga is of a higher level which doesn't mean that the competition is better, but what I can say is that I don't think that Man United would have gotten past Real Madrid in the semis because the only goal Man U managed to score against Barcelona should have been ruled out and Real is nearly as good.

De Gea's strenght's: Saving shots. His time in Athletico Madrid gave him a world class reaction, because there defence there is shit, and he us use to save 100 balls pr. game.

De Gea's weakness': Close balls. They jump weird, bounce.. I guess that's a problem.

@joshmullenismyhero sorry but we have seen on multiple occasions english premiership goalkeepers being beaten from shots coming from the opposition half because they're simply not expecting it.. Xabi Alonso vs Newcastle springs to mind but there are many other examples
