This is a great dedication to our military people making sacrifices for our freedom. As a miitary retiree, I would like to have seen few images of our military Asians, Blacks, and Latino soldiers/airmen. Their families suffer along with the rest of us, as well.

As a former old Marine, I'll say you at 12 are brighter than most adults. (-; Our boys serve, they do not chose when and where, they answer the call history hands them. And your simple thank you is all they will ever get in return, and more than they ask.

The people who allow these terrorists to live amongst them, to install weapons in their houses and rooftops make it very difficult. You did an awesome job w/ this video speaking from your heart. My dad was in the army and going to war not only hurts the soldier but, as well family and others. Your a brilliant young woman keep it up!!

As a former old Marine, I'll say you at 12 are brighter than most adults. (-; Our boys serve, they do not chose when and where, they answer the call history hands them. And your simple thank you is all they will ever get in return, and more than they ask.

I think it is touching that a 12 year old is inclined to thank our soldiers for the rights and freedom she enjoys.
Sadly, we were not attacked by another country this time, but by some radical terrorists who hide in other countries, behind the homes of "civilians". The people who allow these terrorists to live amongst them, to install weapons in their houses and rooftops make it very difficult. But it is something that must be done- BEFORE we are hit so badly that we cannot recover.

63tbpatti, why would you debate this video? She is twelve, for gods sake. Beautiful by the way. The new administration has untied states FIGHTING in Afghanistan. They are fighting for our freedom. They are our HEROs!! Our country is now going into Socialism. Losing our freedom. Have of the cabinet in office did not pay taxes. Yet they are raising ours!! So get out of the fog. now they can, socialism. You can have the change i will keep my money my freedom and my guns!!

THANKYOU LEXXI for posting this video.. I have had about 8 or 9 poeple I knew personally die in the war... I dont support it either, but I do support the people who serve.. right now, I know I think like 5 or 6 more people that are in the services. and it is so HARD for me to hold back the tears when I listen to the song.. I listened to it like 2 times already, and im going to more than that..

Pretty....but typical american smaltz....pure Disney....all part of the mindset that brooks no criticism of the part the USA is playing in the world....a 12 yr old childs song dosnt make up for the death and mayhem...soldiers of ALL the Nations involved are dying....its not just America 'saving the world' from terror....but then again americans always do think this....thats what gets them the reputation of being the worlds arrogant bully.....so no, this song and child, do NOT move me....

I would like to make a direct comment to macbrack & 63tbpatti.You should both hang your heads in shame for being so damn negative toward a tribute created by a 12 year old little girl!
As adults how about sharing with us all what you have done in support of the troops either US or otherwise? It is sad that you both felt the need to find fault in her efforts that are obviously appreciated by those of greater intelligence & intellect than you both have chosen to display.

This beautiful tribute touched the deepest part of my soul. It was created by a young lady with the voice of an angel. Forward it on as it may play a significant role in lifting our soldiers morale. To my cousin Sgt. Robin Smith who is currently serving in Iraq., to all soldiers, and veterans, We salute you! You NEVER forgot what Honor, Courage and Committment means to you. Thank you Lexxi!! I am an Army veteran who served in 3 combat tours between1989-1997. I appreciate this as I know all who are graced by your blessed message. I know as a veteran when you are called to perform your duty, you have to do what you are sworn in to do. I am sure your gifts from God will continue to be a blessing to not only our troops but all who get a chance to listen and learn as well. So Thank You lil' maam!! Lexxi, I am a soldier in the army. I served eleven months in Iraq and it is people like yourself that keep us strong and remind us exactly what we are fighting for. I was very touched by your song and i thank you from the bottom of my heart. Not many people are as talented and as compassionate as yourself, I hope nothing changes. I'm glad that you created this tribute, i believe that you have an amzing voice. i thank you for showing your support for all of our soliders. I thank all soliders for what they have/are doing for us whether past, present and future i thank you. i believe this song shows that people still care for our solider, even though they may not support the war they fight, they support the idea that our soliders put their lives on the line for our future. this touched me though out my body and maid me cry.

Thank you from a veteran who's also been an Air Force wife and an Army brat. :) My husband is a veteran now and my brother deploys with the Army to Afghanistan next month. What a wonderful tribute to all our men and women in the armed forces. I will be sending this around.
