  • Truly the king of radio - talksports loss for sacking him over the 'Boris Johnson for London Mayor' nonsense.....

I'll miss the interviews with people like David Icke, Alex Jones, Nick Pope etc

  • @Klaatu90 Yes me to, I hate talk sport now! It was much better when it was TALK SPORT with the great fat whale and skinny tommy boyd. Best presenters ever! Some great dodgy interviews with the guys you mention haha

  • @MrNativeDancer There's quite a bit more Boyd and Whale on my channel. I put playlists up on the "featured" area, please visit.

  • i used to listen to james whale when i was a nipper, the man is a legend.

why did talk sport sack him???????

  • I used to watch his TV slot on friday nights.

  • I'm listening James xx

  • @Zeeceei hi do you know his email adress i need to send him info about hollie grieg

  • James Whale: by far the best Talksport presenter (until he was unceremoniously booted out) and along with John Peel, my favourite radio presenter of all time.

  • wow. s

  • THIS MAN LOOKS LIKE A SLUG !

  • boo to talksport (morons) whale made talksport now its a flop and ive got rid of my dab radio

  • the real big shame is that theres no more ash he made the james whale show what it was. is there any chance he will b back with whale on play two uk

  • The way things are going there is a chance, but Matt Hollick is doing a very good Ersatz Ash. All he needs is to start observing religious holidays, and grow more hair.

  • hail james whale, a legend. talk sport will have its own doom

  • I really miss James on Talksport, his was the best show by far. Sacking him was a big mistake, three bloody complaints, come on Talksport, what about some loyalty to your best presenter. He was openminded, brought informative and interesting guests to the table and the phone and said it how we all felt when it needed saying. Your loss Talksport.

  • Well, next week he's on holiday, and Tommy's doing his Tuesday show on playradio on the 16th July, but from the week after he'll be on from 8 to 12 on Tuesdays AND Thursdays.

Conventional radio is on the way out, but TalkSport seem to be signing their OWN death warrant rather than wait for the technology to do it for them.

  • Sorry, I think that'll be Mondays and Tuesdays. Still can't keep up with the changes since I was on holidays!

  • JW should of been mayor of London. Definately talksports loss. Try and get Ash with him!

Keep going JW, don`t let them beat you!

  • is this where James Whale is now? on this internet station?

  • Yeah Play Two UK, 8-12 each Tuesday (though not next week), then Monday evenings as well from the end of the month.

  • Thanks for that mrtbsc88. You're more up to date than me because I'm still catching up with the podcasts from my holiday w/o internet. I thought it was gonna be Thursdays, but then I noted this morning there was no feed waiting for me from yesterday - that explains it!

  • Thanks for the video

    james whale for pm .

  • Keep up the good worjk.I'm sure its appreciated.

  • thanks uncle davey.

  • Thanks for watching, and thanks to PRUK and James for allowing.

  • love JW

  • There you are, you see, mate. You were telling me the Sunday night show wasn't doing my channel any good (which I don't agree with, I can't help loving talk radio it's part of who I am), but I'm sure I wouldn't have had the chance to post the James Whale Radio Show if I hadn't been a loyal poster of the existing PlayradioUK talk show.

And here we are, I am now proudly hosting a great master of the genre on here. Result!

  • Point taken & lesson learnt David.

  • Good man, yerself!
