I love "The Sound of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel. This is a great version-very different. I did not catch Spiderman 3 so this is the first time I've heard it. Now I'll have to go rent S3 and check it out. :)

lol thank you, the singer is called Emiliana Torrini, I wouldn't say she was better although it is a lovely single I'd say it's great in it's own way as it's very different from the S&G version so it's difficult to choose between them for this reason.

PERFECT. tis my favorite song of all time. from gregorian chant to the original simon and garfunkle. i never thought there's a woman rendition. and i never thought spiderman3 literally (through its scattered scenes) translated this song.
