Replay mode. Ouendan 1 had replays, but you couldn't save them.

It's all a matter of opinion. I'm not a J-Pop/Rock fan myself, but I liked the soundtrack, for the most part. EBA's songlist was released a few days ago. Some good, some bad, but as long as it's fun to play, I don't mind.
I also just realized how depressed I sound in the video...
