  • hi Omni! Congratulations on your weight loss! Have you continued drinking this shake with your turbofire workouts? If so, when do you drink this shake? I want to try this shake but ... I am not sure if I should follow its plan... I am eating 1900 calories with Insanity workout (from bb) .. but if I replace two meals with this shake and eat dinner.. I don't think that'll add up to 1900 calories.. I am worriedd.. because I don't want to be on "starvation mode" and store fat instead

  • @WAJ1989 Hello hun, wow you must be packin' HEAT!! with those workouts to be eatin' 1900 cal! LOL The menu plan is the books is a rough GUIDELINE :) Yes it makes sense, I still do the shakes..BUT I add to the shakes instead. Go ahead and add Peanut butter, or almond butter (better) a banana , some cherries, and other things to make up for the calories. Make sure you drink water before and after the shake.

  • of loosing it!!.. :/ So my question is.. would you follow its plan and drink this for two meals and eat dinner (with snacks between) ..REGARDLESS of 1900 calories.. OR would you eat 1900 calories by eating fruits and such with the shake.. and eat small meals?.. :/ I hope this make sense? Thanks!!!

  • @WAJ1989 YEPPERS!!! I'm still doing the shakes, find the right time for you though. I have it as my brkfst, and mid aftrnoon snack. I workout after that. I would eat a sensible lunch and dinner then 2 to 3 snacks inbetween. Make good choices luv, and be smart! The lunch can be your biggest meal if you want.

  • @MissOmni Hi MissOmni!! I just had my first shake today. It was so good.. I love the taste! :] I was wondering if it is ok to put one scoop instead of two scoops (of course I'll make up the calories with others like PB and fruits).. I don't want to drink it all too soon ... I bought the 14 day one :].. Thanks again~

  • I know that it says your suppose to have a little set meal plan, or like snacks and what not, What are you eating along with it? What is your workout routine? I always start, but never finish. I'm not feeling so confident right now =(

  • @dizdevil1 I'm so glad you asked that question! For many on this fast loss kit, you want to stay in the 1200 cal level for this week only. For snacks I followed the plan it gives you in the kit. Yes It gives you a menu plan for those 7 days. You can then choose of course anything along those lines. 5 meals, that includes 2 snacks. My fav was raw almonds for crunch and protien (really good if you crave chips like I do) Cottage cheese, apples, oranges. etc...

  • @dizdevil1 I work out 6 days a week. I bought Beachbody's Turbo Fire. I am on week 4 now, I will be uploading my recap of week three shortly. High intensity cardio, following by stretching, and toning, and core..I have had the same problem in the past, usually it's 2 weeks..so this is a record for me. Remember you can do ANYTHING if you want it BAAAD enough! :) Good luck!

  • Hi, I am on my 6th day with GNC Total Lean cleanse I have actually lost 8 pounds. I was told by a friend that it was good and really worked for her.... and sooo far it's been good I have stick to the meal plan and I'm loving it .........
