this was one of those games when I was a kid, that the music that played in the sewers had me so scared that I didnt even go down there, hence never even trying to beat the game till I was much older. This one and "castle of dragon" was some of the hardest/craziest games to play. I never even got the whip in festers quests, what was with that?!

This and Alien 3 have got some of the most wicked bass samples of the NES games. Definitely better on a good soundsystem.

Holy shit, here's another game that used to drive me fucking crazy LOL! I saw an old commercial for this game on youtube, and I LOVED seeing it again.

The narrator says "If you make just one mistake, you have to start all over again" Boy did that piss me off LOL! It took me a long time to beat this game, but man was it satisfying when I did

you dont get the red "gun" you get the blue.. but if you didnt have a color TV like we never did then you had to find out the pattern in which they spawn.. we did and got the last gun and such.. man that was a much harder way lol but you gotta work with what you have

I remember when the AVGN said" Some soft games always have good music such as Blaster Master and Fester's Quest..yeah I said that." I actually played this game before I found it pretty good but too hard.

and this is a good reason why us European players get games later this way the video game company who makes their game can add more content or balance the game that they didn't have the time to do for the americans, also europeans have more altered game titles than americans, like Lylat Wars (starfox 64) and Canis Canem Edit (Bully).

And Bully was changed to Canis Canem Edit due to controversy.

its one of the few regular Nintendo game songs liked i also like to get a shot gun and shoot boomerangs at piles of dookie on the ground for cash mony to buy hot dogs if the maggots that turn in to flies slow me down i can always get some vice grips from pugsly to walk fast and i remember something about Wednesday giving me dynamite for some thing? my brother got far in this game but i never past the boss in 3rd or 4rh level (o_0)
