Hey Jonny, Damn you've progressed, loved seeing some of the Capoeira in there, brought back fond memories of a two day course i once did lol. Obviously, i'm blown away by the one handed handstands. Something I am working on myself, so I know how hard they are. Very very nice, I can only hope I get them as balanced as that!
