I've been practicing the 10 lessons everyday for 10 days, 30mn a day, before training finger tutting and digits, (actually i'm injured so i got time and have to be patient), your exercises are so helpfull, I already improved flexibility and motricity, even if the ring finger remains lazy. so thank you very much!

basically. people wear gloves w/ lights inside them on every finger tip. like iNovas or microlights. if you search light shows. you'll see. for example. search Team vivid turtle. and watch that. :D
