That Pacu will need over 150 gallons by iteself. U are way overstocked, and I doubt u are going to sit here and tell me that you have a 600 gallon tank for all of those fish. Do the fish a favor, and downsize. Most of those are juvenile fish and you are going to A. limit their growth, b. stress them out, or C. shorten their life span. Sure ur water is clear, but that many fish is NOT good for ANY of them.
@xxxamorexxx well considering that each tank is close to two hundred gallons, and there are three of them, plus a pond, I'd say his fish are going to be just fine...The fish can do from tank to tank to pond, via the spaces underneath the tanks...if his fish want to swim elsewhere they can.
Flip it over, put it in the reservoir of water and suck the air out of the tank. The water will go up into the tank. After put a power head pointed up into the tank to keep the water flowing and oxygenated.
so that IS how you do it huh? somebody told me that also but wasn't quite sure. but what exactly do you mean a power head? like... an air bubbler thing?
a power head is a little submersible pump that moves water around in the tank. If you use a bubbler you need the bubbler to take air from the top of the tank or it would slowly drain the top tank.
