hello i am not trying to say that the white screen is bad but a tip is to go onto the white screen and click edit generated media and make it lighter so it is a bit more suttle and looks a tad bit more proffesional

try the flash transition it is what I use when I want a light flash I just make the transition small I mostly black for my flash and white on certain parts.

Btw, this isn't a really good method for flashes, it will not look realistic after rendering. The best way is to use some lightening technics or maybe even color correction.
