last week on strikeforce manhoef showed great takedown defense against kennedy you can really see the improvement give him time and he´ll be a well rounded mixed martial artist dont forget he also fihgts on k-1 and its shwotime so he cant only focus on mma training

@hoppahboy Indeed he's wreslting is getting better, he even said that he trained with King Mo in Holland a couple of weeks; but you can't forget that he is 34 already, so really needs to hurry things more, but still he impressed me a lot on Kennedy's fight cause he really looked fast and explossive that fight, I can even tell that he wasn't so fast since the K-1 Hero's Tournament back in 2007. In my opinion he should have pushed harder the fight and go for the KO and he would have won it.
