But the interior is very week and poor compering to for example Audi A6 or Mercedes E class...

Bro i beg to differ,if u comparing with merc e class interior i think this is more nicer but not sure with the A6 interior cause never tried before anyway i really loves the low end torque and it really suites my country roads

is there much difference in sound between one without M pack and one with M pack?

The M pack adds stiffer suspension and a different body kit... it is the same engine and exhaust... so no sound difference.
