That was fantastic, really impressed you managed bring the original up to the sequels level in terms of cinematics. Not sure how the funeral at the start really ties in, I was expecting the non-canon ME2 end, but otherwise good.
She reminded me a lot of a femShep soldier I created named Abby. Romanced Kaiden, got the revenant, and was a paragon. Strange how these coincidences happen. The only difference: Abby stayed in onyx armor.
Maybe I'm too focused on Shep's badass side, but the romance bit in the middle seemed rather "disconnected" to me as it basically forces a moment of calm between two epic segments. I realize it's all part of the same package, but in this case I think that the sum of its parts would have been greater than the whole, if you get my drift. ;)
Still - amazing work as always, both regarding the scene selection as well as the music. I can only agree with those thinking you should work for the studio.
That segment was actually my favorite part of the video to work on. Female Shepard is not simply a badass marine, but also a woman. The video is meant to tell her story in it's entirety. Emotion and personal relationships are important part of being human. I'm happy with my work and don't plan on changing it. I make these vids for myself first and foremost. They are monumental amounts of work. I'll just leave it at 'I respectfully disagree'.
@aislinntrista24 Oh, I recognize that, and I enjoy the social aspects of the character as well! I guess it's just the "changes in pace" that would make me prefer the individual parts rather than everything packed so tightly together. But yes, it's largely a matter of preferences. I hope you don't think I was trying to belittle your efforts. As I pointed out in my earlier comment, I do think your videos - which, as a whole, I enjoyed a lot - could easily be official material. Better, even.
No problem. Another thing, is the contest I created this for had a 7 minute time limit. It's A LOT of story to present under such time constraints. Thanks for the kind words.
I always find it interesting seeing other people's choices through the ME game play. For example, this particular FemShep chose to save the Destiny Ascension instead of the Citadel civilians, while having experienced the attack on Akuze and not being able to save her squad. It makes for interesting character development and a great discussion topic. Great job as always on the video; you always pair music with voice-over and cinematic so well :)
@ktgrl88 My femgineer is a Sole Survivor also and also saved the DA. 3 of my 4 femsheps romanced Liara but 1 romanced Kaiden and I find that romance being the most meaningful. I eagerly await ME3 to see it in its full conclusion.
EPIC! As always. BW should hire you to make the new femshep trailer. They'd be lucky to have a woman with your talent. The only way this video could be better is if femshep was a femgineer. ;-)
Am I allowed to cry in the first part? Not that I care, I already do it.

Did you win the contest BTW?

Was that scene with the coffin a mod with Kaiden in morning? Or a PC only thing, I have never seen it before.

Just curious, what's the music for the end credits? It's not one of the four you listed.

Where did the clips 0:22 - 0:33 come from? I can't remember since it's been ages since I played the game lol. Was it in the game or was it modded?

They aren't in-game scenes. I created my own with the use of green screening.

I used a greenscreening technique. This allowed me to make my own composite shots.

The intro was a bit melodramatic with the funeral, for my tastes, but the rest was pure gold. Nice editing, nice music and good drama. Well made!
