Yeh, but at some time the trend will change upward and that is where you often can make the best money. You just just look for yearly bottoms and when it come up and resists a level to form a #2 point then drops again and then bouces back up #3 point without establishing a new bottom point to break the #2 (resistance) that is a strong trade. Every good trader knows this. So I would have traded that last reversal for sure with a trailing stop at the #3 point at entry and ride the new trend up.
