Correct me if I'm wrong, but that was George W Bush's plan implemented long before Obama became president. Is he saying that *all* federal government is bad??? And is Fox, from whom the video was made, saying *all* federal government is bad. Because the title of the video is about Obama, and the singular specific example is NCLB.

Please support your contention with facts. How has FNC been against the constitution in the past? Pls. name an art. and sec. of our Constitution that you think that FOX news viewers would allow to be violated.

Our gov't was designed to be limited in scope. Democrats don't even pay lip service to original intent. We have Amendments banning slavery, and ensuring equal justice under law. It was not perfect but it can be amended. A "living constitution" has no protective value. We the people!
