that is truly the epitome of guitar awesomeness. It makes sweet, gentle leve to my ears but fucks them so violently at the same time. xD
I have been playing forr a litttttle bit over a year now, and I have bourree under my belt, but I just got the sheet music for Gigue today and it is so discouraging to try and learn. The music on the page looks so easy! When you look at the notes, Bourree looks infinitely harder, but its so misleading because this song is sooo difficult. Wish me luck. :)
@SiT1986 Wasterl09 has his hands full straightening out you shitheads. Bitching about the key he's in reveals YOU to be a non-player in ANY key. And this crap about vibrato, pull off and slurs shows that You depend on them to pull off your crippled slur-pull-off vibrato dependent version, IF you even have a version. Have some respect and just appreciate the playing he IS doing, and you might one day play 1/4 as well as he does.
Is it really true or necessery like some say,to train the thumb to play 16th:s notes while the index finger plays 8th:s?.to me here they seem to match each other.
Fantastically beautiful, and very well played! It is practical to change the key a little, and it just sounds fine. I feel inspired, and today I will play my own 11 string alto guitar a little longer than usual. :)
@ahesse1488 It's not an university. It's a middle thing between high school and the univerity/collage. The school doesn't even teach music but apperently he has some conections to it and its teachers. However, I believe he teaches at the Malmö university of music
This bourré is nice, very smooth, listened to Jakob Lindberg´s version the other day,and got really touched by it´s heavy expressive sound, probably due to the fact that he play´s a Lute.
E minor can sound different depending on which mode of scale a piece is written. Let's also not forget that classical musicians know a lot more about scale and mode than almost any other kind of musician. There could be 5 key changes in this piece for all most of us know.

the low strings hardly ever play notes, nearly only the standard guitar strings.. It's just for some very rare bass line.
So, why does it have to have 11 strings instead of 6? phew...
Anyway, great performance.

A nicely played piece but, he didn't seem to do much vibrato/hammer on pulls in the songs; the definitive element to all of Bach's lute pieces.
