  • It's a Quaker Parrot (also known as a Monk). They are illegal in a dozen states in the US (including california) but when they are legal ... they are awesome pets. Talk up a storm and very interactive and sweet. Check out my other videos to see him all grown up and talking!

  • Tycho is his name...when I originally took the video his DNA sex test hadn't come back yet...but it did shortly after this was filmed and so we named him Tycho.
